Read the statements below, then go to #announcements to vote for who you think should be a Gamemode 4 Labs Discord server manager!
⭐ Chopper2112:
I'm experienced with datapacks, and I know the limitations of what can and can't realistically be done in Minecraft. I've played a lot of survival and SMPs, and I think I can pretty well judge whether or not a module or idea would be fit for a survival environment. I also have experience moderating and managing servers as I am in a leadership position of the Vertex Creations mapmaking team, and a staff member on a semi-large Minecraft server (mc.good-gaming.com).

⭐ akr (World_Bender):
I decided to run for Lab Manager because of my experience testing and analysing data packs (and programs in general). I would be able to offer valuable input to facilitate the conception, development, and deployment of Gamemode 4 modules. Something especially important that I want to do is speaking with the creator(s) of interesting (but flawed) concepts and work with them to find acceptable solutions to the problematic portions of these concepts. As a Lab Manager, it would be much more realistic for me to participate in these manners.

⭐ iGalaxy:
I've been on Discord for about 2 years so I'm experienced in moderating servers. I really like the creation aspect of Minecraft, so (I think) I've got a creative mindset and can help brainstorm ideas for modules. I will definitely be active on the server as I really want to help shape some Gamemode 4 Modules. While I'm not that experienced with creating datapacks, I can definitely help decide what goes into them. If there's anything else you'd like to know then just ask me.

⭐ BluePsychoRanger:
Most of you guys should know me. I'm a Gamemode 4 Wiki admin, so I know a lot about the current modules: how they work, which ones were discontinued/retired, and why they were done so. So if I'm a Lab Manager, I'm able to give insight on what the Gamemode 4 admins look for in a module, if there's a likelihood that they would reject a module, and how to fix a module to better fit the GM4 style. I'm also pretty close to the admins as I've helped them a lot (mostly with the wiki), so I'd say that I have at least some influence, complete with a full documentation of everything added by a module. I'm also pretty good with datapacks, if I do say so myself, and I can make a lot of the suggestions written up on this discord server. Lastly, I am able to advertise things pretty well. I believe most of you have come here from my invite, as Diamond's invite on #server got quickly flooded by other messages, so I guess a lot of you guys know how well my advertisement strategies work.

⭐ EnderSlime_123:
I am pretty good with moderation and such. Banning/muting/kicking hackers or rule breakers. I am a little strict so if someone pisses me off then I will simply ignore it and report it to you or someone else.
⭐ Kroppeb:
I have quite a lot of experience working with datapacks. This can help me see what big flaws a project can have and guide people early on. I also learned programming in a competitive way, this means that optimisation is one of the things that is engraved in my brain. This with the fact that I can look through the code of minecraft makes me able to find optimal ways of doing certain things.
I'm going to university and with my ability to quickly learn this results in a lot of free time, which I can spend monitoring the discord.

Things I run Currently:
TradeMode4 - which was/ is a successful project
Things I help run:
Wiki Admin.
T4P
TradeMode4 is a successful project, involve organisation and chasing people up to do things etc. I have worked the Potato on working on a bot and the process and design and creating it and refining it has been useful.
I am a moderator on the vanilla server, if you need evidence of "trustworthyness".
What I could bring to the table:
Experience working with a large discord and dealing with making a process of change
Putting together projects (like the Awards Event of PSIV)
Contact with a good bot developer
Knowledge of GM4 due to wiki
I have learnt from the TradeMode4 about taking public opinion seriously- eg with The Trade Mechanism, and it being hated- and Will admit it took time to remove, however I have learnt that move quickly and solve issues as soon as they arise.
⭐ ShadowSlam:
If I'm elected as Lab Manager, I can be active and run the server, make sure to get people to work on the datapacks, and review the modules as well. I can offer my opinions on the datapacks as well, and help test and pitch the modules to the GM4 Devs.
